Location, location. We do not have a hot tub. I do not have it checked either. Its a glitch. I am so sorry about this, But Its a great house!!!

Summary: Make sure to read the fine print about price per number of guests. There was no welcome binder/information which was irregular for a rental. We had no clues about check in/out, wifi, and other things about the house. It was clean, but we did find some areas that could have been cleaned better. The manager was very helpful through texts.

Summary: We had a wonderful time with friends at this ranch style house. This home had 3 bedrooms with more than 1 bed in each room for plenty of sleeping spaces. However the plus was 3 bathrooms. Each of our couples had their own bathroom and we did not have to share. I'm sure when the peach orchard is in full bloom it's just beautiful. The kitchen was very large but we enjoyed the large dining room table the most, which is where we played games. You won't be dissappointed if you choose to stay here.

Summary: Right in the middle of the 290 wineries and halfway between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. Beautiful home, very quiet, host was very easy to work with, lots of beds - this was a great find and we hope to visit again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for my adult children and me. We had family staying close by and there was not a problem with them visiting us which was great. We enjoyed Luchenbach and Albert. Had a nice enjoyable weekend. A sweet county home.
