This spacious 6 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a large family or group of up to 18 guests.
- Home Features: 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, private screened-in pool, patio with outdoor furniture and spacious deck, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, central A.C., towels and bed linens, cable TV in living room, Smart TVs in bedrooms.
- Downstairs:
-> Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils...), dining area with breakfast bar with additional seating, living room with a big flat screen smart TV, private screened in splash pool with covered lanai and patio furniture.

-> Bedroom 1: 1 queen size bed, flat screen Smart TV.
-> Bathroom 1: Toilet, shower, vanity with granite top.

*NOTE: POOL/SPA HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $40 per night (can only be added for the entire stay).
*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee.
*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
*GRILL rental: $95 including 1 propane refill and cleaning.
*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.
*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- $90 - each clogged toilet.
- $500 - smoking (inside and outside).
- $100 - each moved furniture.
- $350 - frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).
- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.
- Resort Clubhouse Amenities: Lazy river, resort style heated pool, splash pad, play ground, fitness room, sports area (volleyball, basketball court, mini-golf, tiki bar, kayak).
*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
*Games in the game room may be under maintenance and are not refundable, since they are free for guests.
- THE RESORT: Storey Lake is a new luxurious vacation community located just 4 miles from Disney, a few minutes from Universal-Sea World and the many water parks in the area. It is only 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport
It is also very close to shopping areas such as the Millennia mall, Florida mall, and the outlets; top restaurants and the lovely town of Celebration inspired by Disney.

Summary: I would like to start by saying the property was beautiful. When we arrived, the downstairs bathroom was not working. Sent a message over to staff after arrival and was charged a $90 fee for a plumber to come out that next day. I was told that everything was working properly before my arrival which was not true. Not only was there a non working toilet but the sink in the main bathroom seemed to be backed up as well. I reached back out about the charge and it’s been silence ever since. I can understand if this problem was a fault of our own because I would not mind paying, but to receive a charge for something previously doneAND not have anyone to come fix it while we were there is ridiculous.

Summary: Beautiful home. Enough space for my entire family. Kids enjoyed the game room. Only thing I would suggest are the locks . Bathrooms and bedrooms did not lock. Locks on the front door and sliding doors seemed iffy and weak. But overall nice, comfy home.

Summary: Loved that it was clean. Pool was awesome. Close to Disney parks and souvenirs shops . Only down thing was parking in the house other then that it was awesome

Summary: The property was very nice. The gameroom was excellent, the grandchildren really enjoyed it, so did I it kept them entertained (relief, peace of mind for me and their parents.) The bedrooms are very spacious. The only thing is that the complex is too far from everything. Thanks for the stay.

Summary: We love our staying, it have everything we need it. Spaces where excellent, lots of space and everything super clean exactly as pictures. Suggestions: Update on the code to the gate, add a trash can for pool area, rug to keed floor dried when people enter the house to use bathroom.
