Positive: The staff were very friendly and the place was beautifully decorated. We were also upgraded to a private room for free which was highly appreciated!

Negative: The breakfast was very simple with only pancakes and apple slices with some tea. Would’ve liked sandwiches of some sort

Summary: Definitely worth it just don’t expect a wide range for breakfast!

Negative: Having expected a lively backpackers, it was very subdued. The young lady, who seemed to be doing everything, did her best but could have done with some help/support.

Positive: My room was good and comfortable, big bed with a separate lounge chair, self - contained. The staff ( JR and T Man) were so nice, went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and provided anything I needed.Overall, I felt at home. They allowed me to check out so late as I was waiting for BazBus...

Negative: The dogs can be a bit much especially the younger ones. The common areas like the lounge chair in the waiting area was a bit smelly as well as the bar area. There was this distinct smell that is around that area. The staff could be a little more presentable ( clean).....

Positive: The people at Dijembe adopt their guests into their Dijembe family. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I especially loved the rescue dogs and horses. The food was amazing too. They offer discounts on lots of activities. I really enjoyed my stay there
