Loaded with amenities: plenty of room to sleep. The main house has 5 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths; there is a studio apartment with private entry and it also has a second kitchen and private bath; laundry room; fully equipped gym with treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike; views of the Atlantic; a firepit; a very short walk to the largest and main beach in Harpswell. Loads of recent updates/upgrades including a kitchen renovation in the summer of 2017. The floors were recently refinished. It’s in the details as we want to earn your top ratings and return trip! There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. In that main floor is a workspace.
Our regrets, due to owner allergies, pets will not be permitted indoors.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet area. Short walk to a small beach which was great for beach walking and scenery. House has ample parking, plenty of bedroom space and a well stocked kitchen. We had 8 adults and did not feel cramped at all. Short drive (10-15 minutes) to coffee shops, market and restaurants. Would benefit from patio and outdoor furniture to allow guests to more fully enjoy the property and surrounding scenery

Summary: The house was perfect for our size family. I highly recommend for families. We did have a couple of small issues and the owners didn't waste any time correcting the issues. They are very nice and very easy to work with. Also, if renters don't notifiy the owner or property manager they will have no clue about any issues. I would definitely rent this house again.

Summary: We had a great sray in this lovely home. Close to the water. ..fortunately the neighbor told us how to get down there! Plenty to see and do. Well stocked home.

Summary: Love this property! So peaceful, family friendly with great access to The Point! Neighbors are welcoming and helpful! Although this property is perfect for our needs, it has taken a few rental hits since 2021 when we started last.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are some nice partial views of the water between some of the neighboring homes. However, there were numerous repairs (mostly minor) that needed to be addressed and shouldn’t of been present in a rental for this price. I emailed the list to the owner but didn’t hear back.

Summary: What a lovely house! Everyone in our family felt at ease, a home away from home. The cove was a short walk away, just enough time to chat and reconnect. It really was the perfect setting for coming together and making memories.
