Positive: Common areas and breakfast were excellent, super clean and good breakfast buffet, pool was also nice, water was colder than expected though.
Negative: Rooms were very cheap looking, no hand soap, there was only a 2 in 1 shower / shampoo to be used, not even a small bathroom carpet / towel for the floor. No towels to the pool, was recommended by the receptionist to use the same from the room, so shower and pool are the same towels…Cheap service in general, I’ve to complain to get 4 towels and a extra sheet to my kids since they were with us. Even it was informed in the reservation. No paper, pencils to borrow during dinner for kids in the reception, even though it’s a very family Hotel.

Positive: Good location, by seaside. Near to shops, bars, restaraunts. Good breakfasts. Parking available at no extra cost. Also ironing room available.
Negative: Food could have been better in restaurant. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms.

Positive: Everything, including the breakfast buffet and the restaurant was excellent too, the indoor pool was also a hit, all the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The view from our balcony was amazing!! We will definitely be back!!

Positive: Location near water, hiking and dining/tourist area was good.
Negative: Staff was not exactly welcoming, more like putting up with you as an annoyance. No a/c so windows were open as it was hot meaning flies and mosquitoes buzzing around the room all night. Small fan was provided. No refrigerator, very plain (blah) unattractive room. We are driving Scandinavia for 3 weeks and this was the worst property we stayed at to date. Like an old-folks retirement facility.

Positive: Breakfast was good and there was a clean efficiency everywhere in this massive hotel. Room was well equipped.
Negative: Noise! Our room overlooked a busy street and a coach parked under our window with it's air-conditioning running all night. Next night there was a pop concert next door.
Summary: It got better but only after we complained forcefully for a room change.
