Summary: We (a family of four) enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was perfectly located on a quiet pedestrian street close to the cathedral and a short walk to Place Kleber. The apartment is sparsely furnished and not ideal for four adults as the pull out sofa isn't that comfortable, but we expected that to some degree. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook our own Christmas dinner using the stove and oven. The proximity to all of the Christmas markets and the cathedral made it a very worthwhile visit! Thank you!

Summary: A good quiet apartment in the heart of Strasbourg, within walking distance to everything in a pedestrian-only area. Bakery, cheese shop, restaurants and other shops right there on the small street, steps from the cathedral, canals, etc.

Summary: My husband and I were scheduled to visit a few days after the terrorist attack on Strasbourg. The owner allowed us to reschedule to the following week. She welcomed us to the clean, comfortable, perfectly located apartment that is at the center of everything we wanted to see. Strasbourg is very pretty city and Christmas time is the perfect for a visit. However, as we walked, we agreed that we would enjoy seeing the city again in the summer. Don't limit yourself to a visit at Christmas. There's enough to do and see any time of the year.

Summary: The apartment overlooks a pedestrian "ruelle" in the heart of Strasbourg's tourist Carre D'Or, so it can be a little noisy when the groups troop by, but otherwise is very well-located and quite fun to experience. Trams are nearby, as is a major Monoprix where you can buy anything from socks on up, including reasonably-priced quality food. There is also a street market once a week, nearby. Alix has a wonderful setup, very comfortable and mainly well=supplied with what one needs. Do remember to bring your own maps of Strasbourg, though.

Summary: This is a wonderful apartment! It is located in an excellent area. Generously equipped. I have rented this appartment twice, and found it to be very comfortable. The owners are very charming and helpful. I give this rental my highest recommendation.
