Positive: Good smart hotel, with many business customers. EV chargepoints are a big bonus. Good bathroom facilities (ledges for toiletries; hooks for robes and washbags; heated mirror etc). Good breakfast.

Negative: The AC chargepoints lost connection to their server (apparently) and none was working for several hours. Came back online just in time to plug in for an overnight charge. (That is a fault for Roam, the chargepoint operator, not the hotel.)

Summary: Good smart corporate hotel with EV chargepoints.

Positive: The room was very clean and the bed were comfortable.

Negative: the bathroom sink was blocked at all time and the shower was cold. The tea /coffee facilities were really limited in the sense of not enough tea, coffee, sugar and milk for the size of the mug. The bare minimum in the bathroom no cups for the toothbrushes, no shampoo and conditioner. And the breakfast was not very good. All the juices were water down, the pastries were staled, and e had to wait for the food to be top up at the buffet.

Summary: This shouldn’t be advert as a 4 stars hotel.

Positive: Stayed several times before when visiting Stratford. It’s clean, large rooms, free parking, and good food, particularly the breakfast. Staff are very friendly and all like dogs.

Negative: Sadly, the bar area was showing signs of age, but we noticed decorators present in other areas, so hopefully it’s getting refurbished.

Summary: A lovely hotel, with good facilities, and only five mins from Stratford.
