Summary: Love the location of the property, away from main road and set back, not far from Brinchang town. Beautiful property ground, love our room facing the mountain! Staff was very friendly. Service and food at The Lantern Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffer was good but could improve with more rotation of different varieties of food. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast quickly became very repitative.

Summary: Service was very slow and a couple of times the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Spacious room and nice location in the mountains though.

Summary: Not for those without own transport. There is no grab car in cameron highlands. Taxi needs to book in advance. Road lead to hotel steep and narrow. Not safe to walk to city centre

Summary: The place is good enough for a one-night stay for a big group such as a family of 6 like us. The international breakfast buffet also have a great variety that cater to various taste buds and someone who like to experience various cuisine like me. I enjoyed the room temperature swimming pool as well, especially in the chilling weather in Cameron. However, the room conditions is not fantastic and hence, it is good for just one to two nights. The customer service is good enough.
