Condo with high ceilings. The place is a mixture of minimalist design and cozy environment! Located on the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms with queen size beds. It has a complete bathroom with a bath/shower, the living room is next to master bedroom with a large screen TV and one sofa-bed! There's also a private terrace located in the front the place, where you can spend good time outside with a coffee admiring the view!
All rooms include all amenities to make you feel like home. Such as an oven with pots and pans in the kitchen. Also base equipment in the bathroom (soap, shampoo and bath towels). You'll have spare bed pillows and linen to make sure you feel comfortable!

Summary: Clean and exactly what our group needed. Only 10 min walk from metro and a grocery store. Could have used a few hooks in the bathroom to hang towels but besides that we had a pleasant stay. Montreal is a wonderful city!

Summary: Had a great stay. Comfortable beds and very comfy sofa bed too. Everything exactly like the ad. Great neighbourhood, with access to coffee shops, restaurants and stores. Nice shower with great pressure. Everything we needed for our stay. Also when we encountered a minor glitch at arrival, our host was very quick to reply and resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Montreal and Quebec are definitely worthwhile to be visited, because they are much more European than places elsewhere in Canada.. There are so many historical sights to be visited and Quebec has got a great athmosphere! The apartment is the best I have had so far in my life!

Summary: Overall, we had a very satisfactory stay. The place was absolutely spotless, no mess at all at our arrival. It also smelled really nice. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and aesthetically pleasing if this is something you are looking for! Also, awesome that this property has 2 balconies:) We had an issue with the television. At our arrival, the TV was unplugged, so we plugged it back in but it didn't work even with all the methods we tried. It was simply staying on a black screen. However, even though we could not use the TV during our stay, the property manager responded fast and took the quickest action possible. I would say this was a minor inconvenience, but the communication was there so I would not remove a star for this! Overall very satisfied with our stay:)

Summary: Our stay in the apartment was great, and Phillipe was always in touch with us. His detailed messages about parking and self-check-in were very helpful. We had no issues getting into the apartment. It was easy to find free parking next to the Dolarama store. One bedroom is very spacious, another one is small but has a big amazing balcony. You will find dish soap, many dishes and glasses, napkins, salt, black paper and oil in the kitchen. The coffee we discovered at the end of our stay at the bottom of the freezer... We found a snack and water left for us. It saved us after a long driving from Toronto while we thought where to go for dinner :) In the washroom, you can find a hairdryer, paper towels and shampoo. The AC is located inside the kitchen door. It works fine but loud. You need to leave it on while you out, so all the room could cool down before you go to bed. Here are some recommendations from our group for further improvements and providing the best quality service to future guests. We’ve been a little bit upset about some dirt in the bath. The apartment is new, and it seemed like some sand got into the bath after some fixing. We washed the bath and had no issues with that after. It would be great to have some chairs on the balcony. Keep in mind that there are no cupboards, hangers or places where you can put your clothes. We couldn’t find a sponge to wash the dishes during our stay, but I am sure it was a mistake. Also, there is only one frypan you can use. Others are not recognizable by the cooker. It is very sensitive to the weight of the food you are going to cook. Teabags, sugar and milk/cream for coffee will be a great bonus. We’re in joying our stay. Thank you so much from all four of us!!! It was a really great vacation, mostly because we had a great fun time watching movies and sleeping like babies on amazing matrasses!! THANK YOU, PHILLIPE, FOR EVERYTHING!
