Condo with high ceilings. The place is a mixture of minimalist design and cozy environment! Located on the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms with queen size beds. It has a complete bathroom with a bath/shower, the living room is next to master bedroom with a large screen TV and two sofa-beds! There's also a large private terrace located outside the place, where you can spend good time outside with a coffee admiring the view!
All rooms include all amenities to make you feel like home. Such as an oven with pots and pans in the kitchen. Also base equipment in the bathroom (soap, shampoo and bath towels). You'll have spare bed pillows and linen to make sure you feel comfortable!

Summary: This place comes as advertised! The beds are pretty comfortable and we fit 5 people comfortably for nearly a week. The location is excellent, there's a dollar store and convenience store across the street, as well as a full grocery store less than 10 minutes walk down the street. The metro is also just a 10-minute walk away, plus several bus stops within a block. The place was great overall, but there are several suggestions/inconveniences we had with our stay: - If you're planning to cook regularly during your stay with more than a few people, it is rough. Kitchen supplies were quite scarce (dishes, glasses), and there were hardly cleaning supplies. We had to go buy our own cleaning sprays and supplies to maintain the space and properly clean pots/pans (which were not non-stick, making it worse). We cooked every day for typically 2 meals. - The floors are VERY cold in the winter. Even with the heat running, bring slippers and thick socks to wear around the house because it gets very cold very easily. - There is no rug/runner in the entryway. We had 5 of us, so five pairs of shoes always going in and out with no place to wipe them/store them was annoying. The entryway was covered in slush/salt/water within a couple of days. - There is zero storage for clothes or bags in the residence. All closets are locked up and dressers are full of spare linens. You have no place to unpack your bag/suitcase. - Host didn't communicate until move-in day. No answer questions until then.

Summary: Our stay was great! The only thing I'd add would be a couple of fans for the bed rooms - otherwise, it was perfect!

Summary: Great location, very convenient to everything I needed. Apartment was clean, no frills but that was fine by me. Host was nice, easy to communicate with.

Summary: The first night the hot water wasn’t working.. It was very unfortunate! The place is not as big as it look in the pictures, the balcony was very dirt and the neighbours upstairs were walking very loudly at night and when we told the host we got told to “not worry about it” but nothing changed. He also said that the neighbours said we were making noises so he gave us a warning but the noiseaware technology they install didn’t say so, so we got falsely accused. The tv is in chinese so its not very useful. Really not the best place to stay even if its for 1 night.

Summary: Philippe is an awesome host. For the price of the property, it's worth every penny. It was extremely clean and such a cute apartment. The balcony is very spacious if you'd like to sit out there at night and relax it's perfect for that. My parents really loved it and they'd be happy to go back. Thank you for everything!

Summary: Very clean appartment, comfortable beds, nice tv area. Street parking was easy, host very reactive. I would absolutely rent this place again. The only potential downside for out of city visitors is the neighborhood is not very exciting (lower middle class). But at least the appartment is located right under a strip of shops so easy to get to anything. Thanks!

Summary: This apartment was a total gem! The location is perfect, there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The appartement is very bright and and open. There is a nice semi-private balcony in the back which was a great surprise as I hadn’t seen it on the photos. Lastly, the host was absolutely amazing! He really made sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. I would 100% recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a high end condo near the city centre!
