Summary: Great stay, comfy house, nice kitchen. Kids enjoyed the cedar hot tub and running stream. Esther (owner) was very responsive to an issue with the attic heat and was able to have it looked at and repaired quickly. We planned a Belleayre getaway but the rainy/warm weather didn’t help, but we still got out to enjoy the mountain one of the days (15 mins away).

Summary: The 8 of us had a great stay for the 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed a lot the big deck, the jacuzzi and the garden. Also it is perfect for 8, we all fit on the outside table or at the dinner table. The inside of the house is very cozy and well furnished. We spend a lot of time cooking and having a drink in the kitchen which it is also a very good size to have everybody prepare something at the time. Overall we all loved the atmosphere of this house. We also enjoyed the neighborhood Sweet Pea Supply and the art gallery :-) and all the hikes around. I would come back again !

Summary: Stayed here with two other couples for my friend's wedding. Location was perfect, convenient for the venue and loved coming home between wedding events to chill out on the deck and hot tub. Home is clean and updated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: The property and area is so lovely and peaceful. The house was great and absolutely immaculate. The kitchen is indeed amazing and the big deck great for relaxing in the sun and having breakfast outside. Terrific local hikes or even just walking along the defunct railroad tracks. Most stores in nearby Margaretville are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and even Wednesdays so it's a good idea to check things out on Sunday. Grocery and liquor store were open all the time however. We only checked out the hot tub mid week and it wasn't working. I notified the property manager and she sent someone out within hours. The next day there was a new company on it but we weren't able to use it. Not a big deal and we are being credited for it. We loved our time there and plan to return.

Summary: Great place, and amazing kitchen! It is equipped with every cooking utensils you may think of. High end appliances too. The outdoor and especially the patio and the hot tub were very enjoyable, especially on sunny days. The rest of the house is also well equipped and spacious. Overall, we had a great stay. Esther, the property manager was responsive when we needed her.

Summary: We had an awesome time at this great winter getaway. Thoughtful touches were found throughout the house. The best part was the fully stocked kitchen which we took advantage of, especially given the times where we wanted to cook almost all our meals. The hot tub, outside porch, and babbling brook behind the house were nice features too. Proximity to nature and a comprehensive binder filled with local recommendations were the cherry on top.
