***HOUSE RULES***
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You must be at least 25 ft away from the home and please dispose of all trash. We will impose an additional charge if our cleaning staff smells smoke after your stay.
2. NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, OR PARTIES. No outside guests are allowed on the property without the permission of the hosts. We reserve this space for our confirmed, overnight guests.
3. Quiet hours after 10pm so that we can be good neighbors.
4. Please FOLLOW CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing. We don't make you clean, promise!
5. SHOES OFF the sofas & rugs so that we may keep the house in top condition.
*We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.

Summary: We were in the area to visit our daughter who attends Liberty for the Easter weekend. The house was spacious and well equipped to gather with family. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well. The house was exceptionally clean. We will be staying here again!!

Summary: Everything we were looking for in a place to relax while visiting family for the holidays. Very comfortable and spotless with all the space and niceties we needed. Host very responsive yet we never had a complaint or issue. Will book again!

Summary: Quiet neighborhood right in Forest~ not far from Liberty U. Great place for our family to spread out in the evenings when we got home. Didn't cook at all while there (just made cookies one night :) but the kitchen was spacious and had everything you need. Nice place.

Summary: This property is immaculately cleaned, beautiful finishes, plenty of space. It is exactly as described. Easiest stay we’ve had with any rental. I can’t recommend it highly enough. They provide linens and basics for cooking and we even had a supply of coffee to get us started. Communication was excellent.

Summary: Thank you for the use of your wonderful home. The property was exactly as described: beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. We particularly enjoyed the screened-in porch since the late October temperatures were more like summer than fall. The location was perfect; a quiet neighborhood with easy access to so many attractions (Jefferson's Poplar Forest, National D-Day Memorial, Natural Bridge State Park, and Appomattox to name just a few). Should we find ourselves in the area again, we would gladly stay at this property. Thank you again!!

Summary: The housing development is new and very quiet. Very nice community. The location to all the areas interests is perfect. So much to do and see. The property is beautifully appointed, very clean and comfortable for our party of 4.

Summary: The house was perfect It was very clean, very nicely decorated and the communication was very good It was relaxing and comfortable we came to visit our son at liberty university and it was a good distance to visit and attend a football game We also rented a boat at smith mountain lake which was just a quick 50 min trip
