Positive: Okay, I have to share my opinion: I'm very happy. The place is very welcoming, clean, and quiet. This is where I need to emphasize something. It's not just quiet because of the house itself, but also because of the culture and the people of this country. People here understand respect and basic values that have been lost in much of the world. Another thing that I appreciated is the focus of the people on who they are. I'm very, very grateful to this country, and once again, thank you to the hosts for being so kind and providing me with a good rest. Best regards.

Positive: The freedom of going in and out of the building. There are good breakfast en dinner restaurants within 5mins walking.
Negative: The stairway was noisy when other Tennant are comming in and going out. You always hear doors slamming.

Positive: The guesthouse is run by a very nice couple. Spontaneously the husband helped my out with commuting and the wife helped me with setting up the right WiFi connection. Sleeping room and bathroom and super clean and everything is new. A good choice if you work in the nearby science park and don’t want to commute more than 20min to work.
Negative: It is not an absolute silent area due to traffic, but acceptable for business stay purpose.
Summary: Very clean and friendly. I can recommend it for business travel and will book it again.
