Positive: Location was great. The linens and towels were soft and clean. I received an advance call that the knobs to operate the heater/fan were broken and changes to the temperature had to be done with a screwdriver. Replacement parts had been ordered. A minor inconvenience. I would stay at this location again. Convenient, clean and very comfortable.
Negative: This property is primarily a ski lodge in season. Off season, the lodge does maintenance work on the property. The parking lots were partially shut down for repaving. The lobby of the lodge was cut off to traffic. Since the luggage carts were in the lobby and the lodge requested they be returned to the lobby after use. It was quite the hike to pick up the cart, load and unload the luggage, then return the cart to the lobby. The only ice machine working at the lodge was in another building on the 3rd floor. However, my room was very nice, well appointed, and comfortable.
Summary: Clean, comfortable and priced right.

Positive: Breakfast wasn't part of the deal. Loved the location in the Grand Hotel resort and being at the base of the ski lift. Beds were great, bathroom nicely appointed. Great to have kitchenette. Communication beforehand was excellent.
Negative: We thought the lighting was inadequate. Only the bed lamps were bright enough. The light over the desk was burnt out. Overall, it felt somewhat dimly lit inside the apartment. The bathroom was fine.

Negative: Heat control was not working! Low heat or no heat. Chairs at table worn out. Felt like I would fall through or break chair.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had enough utensils and cooking equipment to sufficiently prepare basic meals. The pool and hot tub are great. Location is perfect, 2 min walk from the lifts. The ski valet was very helpful.
Negative: The room was quite cold. We had to have the heater on the highest setting the entire time and was still cold at times.

Positive: The property is in a great location for all things to do in CB. Great communication and instructions.
Negative: The studio is located across from the elevator. There is noise from hallway/elevator and outside. Kids and dogs are very common, with that being said, the pool and hot tub were always filled with kids, making it difficult to use or enjoy and you hear barking dogs from rooms often.
