Positive: Appartment is lovely and well-located. You will be in a nice area with a luxury hotel and a Zabka (mini grocery shop) right next door. Breakfast was good, always delivered on time at the door. Repetitive, but ok for the price. Either yogurt with oats or bread with cheese & ham.
Negative: First, you will need to sign a terms & condition form online that basically outlines that if something is broken after your stay, they will charge you. Our toilet brush broke and we were chased to pay for it (about 40zl). Secondly, the customer service is very unreliable unfortunately. The washing machine was not working although we stayed there for 3 weeks and had to deal with the issue by washing our clothes in a different places (+incur the costs). We were told that technical departments would come to solve the issue twice, they never came. We did not receive any compensation for the washing machine issue, and were instead ignored. The costs of the brush could have been offset given the situation. Such a shame, I hope BookingHost shows more respect to its customers in the future !

Positive: A great, spacious studio apartment in a convenient location, close to the Central Train Station and underground, and a walkable distance to the city centre. Pre-packed breakfast is available and delivered to your door daily by 7am.
Negative: Currently, there are two set breakfast options available and delivered on alternate days. A greater variety would be fantastic, particularly for those who stay there for longer than a couple of days.
Summary: A very comfortable place to stay.
