Positive: The were friendly and were quick when we needed to switch rooms due to the AC making noises.

Negative: Our first room was not good. The bathtub had a black oval ring. The AC was buzzing loud.

Summary: It was great. Great location. Bed was comfy. We had a kitchen! And they resolved our issues quickly.
