Summary: New Hotel, room was spacious with large bathroom. No dishes or pans. Would be hard to use the kitchenette. If you have those items it would be fine.

Summary: I read the reviews before I made the reservation. I cant believe they were about the same place. The room is basic . Clean. Towels are cheap and worn. The room had a vague cigarette smell. The front desk staff were just ok. Not rude, but not necessarily friendly. It was ok for the price. But I wont be back.

Summary: Basic rooms but very clean and very big rooms. Staff is nice. Even though it’s next to the beltway, you can’t hear the noises with the AC on. Definitely recommend

Summary: On the website it states that it has a laundry room. The main reason I decided to stay here because I had work being done at my house.There is exactly one washing machine and one dryer. Don't plan on enjoying television here. They decided to have DirecTV and the signal always was out. They said it was because of the weather. It was sunny outside. The staff in the morning are loud and will knock on your door multiple times after you have already told them, " no service today." I was trying to rest and it sounded the staff was dragging boulders across my door, but it's clean though

Summary: This is a new property right off the Beltway not far from IAH. It is easy to find and the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part but could have been cleaner with more attention to detail in the kitchen and bathroom. It was nice having a full-sized fridge and that kitchenette was roomier than I expected. The bathroom was roomy enough. The room was modern and the beds were comfortable enough. For the price/rate, this was a great deal,

Summary: Second time staying here. Everything was fine. The room was clean with the exception of a few hairs in places but other than that it was nice, quiet, peaceful. I would recommend.
