Summary: First of all the occupants put their trash outside the door and the trash stayed out there for more than 4 to 6 hours each day second of all they asked you to put a $50 hold on your credit card and they say it will come back to you when you leave at 11 AM I never got my $50 back third. I called three times and got three different people and was trying to tell them I left something in my room when I was gonna come back and get it. I ended up going back up there and they couldn’t find what I left in the in the shower

Summary: The property was OK but seemed to be well used. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the property parking while ample, this place was packed pretty much the entire week. Location was close to a lot of the downtown area but getting in and out from I-95 was challenging at times due to traffic. I have lived and worked in that area and a lot of great things in the local area but again the sheer number of people may make some shy away from this location. Room was small but functional. Even though it was a studio with a kitchenette, full refrigerator etc, for two people to spend any real time in the room is quite tight. That being said, the cost/value was very decent for the area. Bring dishes though.

Summary: Broken AC, very uncomfortable room. The area looked very shady. The staff were nice but there’s a language barrier. There’s was only one working elevator. It’s obvious that this place does not receive regular maintenance. The room was clean but the hotel looked like it needs to renovated

Summary: The hotel is conveniently located off of a major highway so it is easy to head to DC or anywhere else. The hotel was clean and the room was spotless. The weird part was the area immediately around the hotel (say a 1000 foot radius) was kind of seedy and run down but the rest of the neighborhood was nice with lots of restaurants and shops. I think the neighborhood was run down at one time and now it is being rebuilt and the hotel sits in the last vestiges of the run down part. However, I did not feel threatened or unsafe at the hotel. The room had a kitchen and full fridge but there is nothing in the cabinets, not even a fork. If you want to cook you need to provide everything yourself or you can buy a cooking setup for $150 which is bizarre, that is the only real criticism I can offer. The hotel is about 20 minutes from DC.
