Summary: the HVAC system was incredibly loud, bathroom was not clean, no bucket in room for ice, great location

Summary: Male staff polite female staff tude. Reserved handicap room and didnt get it and staff said it was but just because a wheelchair can fit in room doesnt make it handicapped, shower was for regular people not handicapped.

Summary: I reserved a nonsmoking room but was given a smoking room. Asked for a change but had to go through Expedia to change. Gave out all similar nonsmoking rooms while trying to change (30minutes). The nonsmoking room had a smell of smoke to it but it at least didn't have an ashtray in it.
