Summary: While I was in bed at 12 midnight. 3/5/26 The front desk clerk barged in my room. And said oh I did not know this room was occupied and walked away. They made an error on their behave with the rooms and did not Subtract the cost for the inconvenience The fear that I had and could not sleep felt unsafe traveling alone from Wisconsin to Houston.

Summary: The bedding had an unusual smell in one room, the carpet was sticky, the TV's didn't work in both rooms, the A/C in one of the rooms didn't work, the hotel advertised that they provided breakfast and they didn't. They had remodeling going on and didn't state that during the advertisement. Staff was nice enough and it gave us a place to stay, but we will never stay there again.

Summary: No trash can, no cups,ice buckets. Did not look safe. When coming in from lunch there was alot of people (homeless or druggie) all sitting at the side of the building by the office. checking in it got 15 mins for help
