Summary: I definitely recommend this hotel to stay if you’re in the Springfield area. Everyone working here has been very nice Including the manager except for one woman behind the desk where you check in at who has been rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. I have spoken to a few other people that stayed here and they agreed.

Summary: Was surprised at no elevator. HVAC was very noisy and refrigerator made weird noises late at night. Carpet in general areas were worn, but Staff was great!
