Studio in a hotel complex in one of the main seaside resorts of the island. The apartment is comfortable, private beach access, swimming pool, near marina, restaurants, shops, places for water activities and leisure. You will enjoy walking on foot and discover the Creole village and the various places of conviviality that Pointe du Bout offers. On the other side of the bay of Fort de France is the ideal place to discover the treasures of the island.
Housing
Ideal for couples, families with one or two children if one of the two toddlers (cot on request) or for three adults.
The apartment has a large living room with a double bed and a single bed. A closet and a wardrobe as well as a dresser and drawers for storage. A fully equipped kitchenette is present on the terrace. Bathroom open to the room with possibility of closing and separate toilet. Linen and towels are waiting for you upon your arrival.

You will have the opportunity to enjoy two swimming pools in the residence, the private beach, a nautical center (Kite-surfing, windsurfing, kayak etc.), a beach volleyball court, a swimming pool petanque, a bar and cocktails as well as a restaurant with the possibility of full board, and many other services such as the Spa (fee) or a program of shows to discover!

Summary: Great place to stay on a budget. Wonderful location with view of the marina with boats and the ferry coming and going. Small grocery store and the Village Creole with great restaurants and shopping nearby. Recommend bringing shampoo, soap, extra towels, sugar, coffee, and small French press for coffee making (if you prefer American type coffee). There is an espresso machine but being from the US we found a way to improvise. Boris was very helpful and met us to checkin.

Summary: My partner and I spent four nights (April 17-20, 2018) at this condo. It was exactly as represented on the website and we had a very enjoyable stay. Some specifics: First, the condo is located within a hotel resort complex. About half of the buildings are dedicated to traditional hotel use and the other half are "Marina Residences". The main difference with the hotel rooms and the condo residences is that the condos have a small kitchenette on the balconies/terraces. The complex is charming, relatively well-maintained, very lush plantings and landscaping, two swimming pools, a restaurant & bar (we did not use either) and small area of sand with steps down into the ocean - not a traditional beach. We found the resort staff to be helpful and very tolerant of our poor French language skills. The area of Pointe du Bout is touristy, but we found it to be relaxing and discovered several nice restaurants & bars. The Village Creole shopping area with shops, restaurants and bars is only a three minute walk from the property via the marina area. There is a small grocery store in the Village Creole, a small pharmacy, a drop off laundry place, along with the other shops. We did not have a rental car for this trip, so having those type of businesses was very convenient. The condo owner - Boris - is a very nice young man. He was responsive to my multiple emails in setting up our vacation. He met us at the condo to walk us through the operations of wifi (free, but sloooow), tv, air conditioning system, and other things at the condo. He met us on our check out day and there was no problem in getting the security deposit returned to us within about a week. He is a good HomeAway/VRBO owner and delightful to deal with. The top-floor condo was clean, bug free - no mosquitoes or any crawly type insects, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. Everything worked as it was supposed to and there was adequate closet and drawer space for the two of us. There is a queen-size bed and a single bed that doubles as a sitting area during the day. The condo was comfortable for two adults - three adults might feel cramped - and a child. The view from the balcony was wonderful - it overlooked the marina next door and we enjoyed watching the tourist boats (diving, fishing, dolphin watching) leave in the morning and come back in the afternoon. The small kitchenette has all you would need to fix simple meals. We will stay here again!
