Positive: Location - close to city center and Interstate highways is great. The property is a 2-unit fully separated mid-century home that has been fully renovated with modern finishes. Sparkling clean. TVs in each bedroom, as well as the living room. Kitchen dining area for four in Unit 2 - no dining room which was fine - good-sized living room. Brand new washer-dryer.
Negative: No complaints. Would come back again when in Birmingham for the races at Barber racecourse. Will need a car or Uber/Lyft to get to eating and shopping areas.
Summary: Excellent value and very comfortable stay - spent 4 nights in Unit 2 without any problems/issues.

Positive: The nice comfort away from home, it smelled wonderful, the lace was very nice and the host made sure to hee us updates and answer any questions. I enjoyed my stay here and felt very safe.
