Activities surrounding our vacation house include surfing, helicopter tours, diving, nearby shopping centers, fishing, snorkeling, golfing, Paradise Cove Luau, water parks, adventure parks, restaurants, museums and much more!

Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, placed conveniently close to several good restaurants and grocery stores.

The house itself will have a kitchen, a queen size bed, twin size bed, wifi, microwave, washer and dryer, private patio/deck with bar and more !

For parking you will have a personal carport attached to the property, and a private driveway that is secured by a gate.

The property is fenced to provide extra security and privacy.

1. Only registered guests are allowed on property. No visitors without written owner's consent. The linen and towels are provided for registered guests.
2. No sub-leasing of any part of the home and/or property.

5. Absolutely no smoking of any kind including E-cigarettes/ vaping. No illegal drugs.
6. Use the washer and dryer only for your personal clothes and linen. Under no circumstances the washer and dryer can be used for anything else, included but not limited to carpets, footwear !! Please use the normal or quick wash/dry mode to the extent possible. Please do NOT use the heavy duty mode - this won't make your belongings cleaner or drier, but could damage them !
7. Please turn off all appliances when not used. Please do not keep windows open when A/C is on.
8. Must abide by all State and Federal Laws.
9. The host/owner holds no responsibility for any accident occurred on or around the property. All outdoor activities (included but not limited to swimming, surfing, kayaking) are on guests' own risk.

Summary: Although we didn’t spend a ton of time at the property, we enjoyed every minute that we did. This home was cozy and perfect for a couple. We were feet from the ocean and enjoyed breakfast looking across the blue waters. The studio was very clean, had basic amenities, and the a/c worked well to cool during the warm evenings. The neighborhood is nice and we felt very safe with our car parked in the fenced area. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay outside Honolulu/Waikiki this is the spot! The host made things very easy and we’d definitely rent here again if we come back to Oahu!

Summary: We stayed one week and the unit we stayed in was perfect for us. It was super clean, quiet neighborhood, and we had access to the ocean beachfront. We had all the amenities within the unit plus close to grocery shopping and shopping malls. Julia was an exceptional host and the communication was top notch. I would definitely stay again. Summary: The property is on the beach, the unit did not face the beach which was great, cuz waves can be too noisy. Had my own little lanai which worked fantastic for me. Room was clean and host responded quickly to my needs when I did have them a couple times. i.e. didn't know how to lock unit, property gate was locked one night when came home but I got in within moments, requested extra shelving for wall cabinet. Plenty of room for one, ample for two and cozy for 3 adults. There is a bar one can sit at with their first cup of coffee and get mezmerized by the waves, or with a glass of wine to wind down in the evening. Off the beaten track, if you want noise and night life, go to Waikiki beach. This is for lazy quiet beach life but convenient to everything. One must have a car though!
