Positive: Clean, looked as if owner tried to make it comfortable, responsive and nice host.

Negative: Very loud bar and neighbors, washing machine wasn't usable, small bathroom for tall people (barely enough space to sit on toilet, hurts knees), parking complicated (you have to park very close to other car so neighbor still gets in with his car)

Positive: Good location - shops were near by also places to eat. The apartment was OK, it has all the things that you need during your vacation. The biggest minus was the absence of hot water. I had it only the first day, other days it was cold.
