Summary: This place was in an incredible location - couldn't ask for better, especially given the price. Responsive host, great views, and the listing was exactly as shown. Ideal for a reasonable trip to the Finger Lakes.

Summary: The location of this place is excellent, very close to town and wineries as well as views of Seneca Lake. The place is small but was clean and perfect for what we needed. The only downside is it is very close to the edge of the roadside.

Summary: This property was very close to hiking in Watkins Glen and several wineries, distilleries and breweries. The communication with the hosts was good and timely. I agree with the other reviews that the bed is very uncomfortable. The place was perfect for our needs, as we were out and about most of the time.

Summary: The place was small but had everything we needed. The view of the lake from the back windows was gorgeous, especially with the fall colors. The only thing that was a not-so-great surprise was the road noise. We did learn to ignore it, though! Lots of great stuff to do right in the area, especially if you like wine, parks, great restaurants and amazing nature.

Summary: 1. Property is at roadside, not quiet, too noisy 2. Main door is glass partition, open to outside. Privacy issue 3. Bed is too small for couple and bathroom is too small 4. Over-all price is not worth Note - I didn't stay overnight as I was camping in Watkin Glen and used property for Bath & getting ready, still I felt not worth pricing

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay. The place was in a perfect location, close to everything. Manny was a wonderful host! They are still making some changes to the place and we can't wait to go back next year and see what it looks like! Small but perfect for just the two of us. Thank you for everything!

Summary: The room was very clean. The owner is a good handyman, make over is well done, a work in progress. The bed is very unfortunate, road noise is very loud, no AC, it was very warm. The ovulating fan just did not cut it. Buffalo was on tv and we had no tv. A window AC could solve 2 problems. Ice cube trays would also be appreciated by most travelers. The outside is not cleaned up and a cricket got in and we heard his stridulation all night long.
