Positive: Nice calm neighbourhood
Negative: Hosts perceive you as a problem, not as a valuable guest. They don't answer the calls, don't read emails, send the wrong door lock codes, and use their own children as an excuse for their lack of organization. Also, they provide unclear text instructions, and after pointing that out, they blame you for not watching their videos. The room itself is quite ok except for the musty bed linen.
Summary: Be ready to have problems with check-in and weak communication with hosts.

Negative: The shared space, such as hall and toilets were dirty, like so much dirty, I had to go to the bathroom to take the shower with shoes on.

Positive: Great location, very close to the city center (~20 minutes walking), no need to use the public transport. Very quiet area. We were amazed by facilities provided: kettle, fridge, iron, microwave, common kitchen... Nice terrace to have breakfast in sunny weather :)
Negative: I was a little confused by the toilet door, which was sliding on the wall. Although it saves a lot of space, there were some gaps between the wall and the door. Also (could be, it's our fault and we didn't read the room description attentively), we found out there are so many facilities upstairs only in the last morning. Would be nice to get this information from the owner in a message in the first day :)
Summary: All in all, great place for this payment. If we visit Gdansk again, we will definitely book a room here!
