Positive: Calm residential location with the possibility to park across the street. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. Clean and comfortable bedroom equipped with a heater and a big comfy bed (I prefer firm beds). Nice staff. Breakfast is available but it's very basic - boiled eggs, juice boxes, jam and bread. It's a good spot for a couple of nights if your priority is a good sleep in a warm bedroom.
Negative: The shower was extremely finicky to adjust temperature with and hot water was enough for one person to shower, the next one would have to wait again for the water to heat up. The fridge was out of order and the kitchen ran out of gas so we couldn't cook anything or boil water. Not a lot of tableware available. For the studio l'artiste you have to climb the stairs to the 4th floor on a narrow staircase so take that into account if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage.
