Positive: The place is lovely, clean, comfortable, with everything needed.

Negative: We stayed for 3 nights, but it would be comfortable to spend even couple weeks in Studio Marin. We didn't use most of the appliances, bit there is everything one could possibly need. Located in a nice, clean area, 15 minutes walk to metro.

Positive: It is in a very safe and quiet area, quite comfortable bed. A shopping mall is a minute walk away. I recomend Backstage rock club in the vicinity and Le Titi bistrot for lunch.

Negative: It has no aircondition, and staying during the heat wave in Paris was a bit challenging. The main downside I would say is the sink in the bathroom, which fills up quickly and drains really slow, sometimes it took hours to drain and we had to wash our hands in the kitchen, after using toilet. The problem was already mentioned in previous reviews, and it still hasn't been resolved. The kitchen had no detergent for the dishes nor tabs for a dishwasher, so you have to bring your own, if you want to use the dishes more than once. As I said, the area is very nice, but public transport, at least the one that takes you to the main Paris attractions is not so close, it is aprox. 13 min walk to the RER train station, which is the main connection to the rest of the city - so check that out before planing your stay, and make sure you will have the tickets that cover RER.

Positive: A modern apartment with all needed facilities and not far from the center.

Negative: Keep in mind that to use a train (not metro, which is a bit further away) you will not be able to use metro/bus tickets as it is outside center zone.

Positive: It was very clean and comfortable and it was great to be able to have access to cook in the kitchen. Hot in the summer with record Paris heat with no AC and no ceiling fans but nice windows. The hosts were amazing and very helpful when I arrived. Perfect for single female traveler. Very safe with many locked entry ways. If I were to stay in Arcueil again in the future, I would definitely seek out this studio apartment. Shopping and groceries near by with a city neighborhood feel. The people were very welcoming in the area.

Negative: It might be a better fit in a season other than Summer.
