Positive: Lovely little apartment and sofa bed comfortable enough and certainly large enough. Balcony is a nice feature and not overlooked. All facilities fully functional and well appointed.

Negative: Initial arrival a little confusing but soon overcome with second reading of directions.

Positive: it was just an overnight stay .. it worked well for that..a tidy studio with all the necessities. parking was a must..my car was packed with belongings, and I wasn't in the mood to worry or unload it.. it has a dedicated spot in a gated lot

Negative: the studio is in a residential neighborhood, and there is very little in leu of places to eat.. my stay was on a sunday night, and practically what there was was closed or closing.. I did find a Kebab place open about a mile from there..after an almost 7 hour drive I needed to walk..

Negative: I knew it was a small apartment when I booked but really it was smaller than I had expected. The fold out bed meant there was no sofa.

Summary: Nice enough but it really is compact for 2 people
