The room includes two beds: 1: Queen size; 2. Full size (from our couch). Outside your room is a full deck that overlooks a swimming pool. If swimming isn't your preference, then relax under the patio lights taking in stars. Home is situated (separate structure) behind main residence in the beautiful Serenada Neighborhood.
Home features spacious, walk in closet, updated bathroom, kitchenet, and comes fully furnished. Other items included are Internet, and Cable TV.
Easy access to major highways, Lake Georgetown and beautiful Downtown Georgetown. Non-smoking. Pets allowed per approval of homeowners.

Summary: This outstanding studio is very comfortable and was convenient for our stay described exactly as listed. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of deer roaming about. Chris and Melissa are perfect hosts. Any requests were granted immediately and communication with them was seamless. This will be our go to spot on all our trips to the Georgetown area.
