Summary: Selected the location to attend sailing school at marina. Great location - 100 yard walk to two restaurants and marina. Very convenient.

Summary: Our stay was exactly what would be expected for a studio condo. Staying at the Marina was so convenient and fun. We visited my dad at Brookdale, and paddle boarded around the Marina, and kayaked at Rocky Bayou State Park, among other adventures. Having the Marina shop next door was a big plus since my daughter is addicted to ice cream!

Summary: The rental was everything I was looking for and more importantly it was convenient for what I came to Florida for. If I ever come back to visit in Niceville, I will definitely rent here again.

Summary: My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The studio was clean, very well taken care of and newly updated. For me I really enjoyed the shower 😊 The neighborhood is very quiet and right around the corner is a really cool restaurant/bar right on the water. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go. There is plenty things to do in the area. We will most definitely be back.
