Positive: I stayed at this location for my work training and it is very convenient - right in front of the Central Station, so it is convenient to commute. The studio is quite spacious, the toilet/shower is small but neat. There is also a kitchen and a dishwasher. You enter your the hotel and your room with a check-in code, and I had a problem one time that my code didn't work. I called the support number, and my problem was resolved in 10 minutes, so I was happy with that. The place is overall quite clean, but has a bit of dust here and there, which is fine for me. Good deal for the price, I have stayed at this place two or three times already and was happy with it!

Positive: We had no breakfast. But the property had an excellent location, and good cleanliness.

Negative: The door was hard to open, instructions to open door confusing and the codes did not work. It did not help that there was nobody around to help, but kudos to the cleaning lady she helped as best she could. Also you could do better w providing a hotline number and have somebody ready 24/7 to provide instant help.

Summary: Apart frm problems with the front door, our stay was very pleasant❤️

Positive: The studio itself was nice, cozy and well equipped with a nice balcony. Location was great, as it was right across the train station. Self check-in was quick and easy.

Negative: The communication with the host and staff was very poor. We were not informed at all regarding the ongoing construction in the building. The only way we found out about the construction, was by reading recent reviews of other guests… It was too late to cancel. We requested to switch to another property listed by the same host, but the staff said there were no properties available. (Even though they were listed as available on booking.com?) So we decided to still go since we paid a good amount of money for the studio and the trip itself. We were woken up every morning at 7:30 am by loud drill. The construction workers however were always friendly and helpful. The studio itself could have been cleaner. The bed was two single beds next to each other, which wasn’t as comfy to sleep on together. On the 3rd day, half of the power was gone in our room due to the construction. The bathroom lights, main room lights and tv stopped working. Called the staff and they said it would be fixed in 1 hour but it only got fixed at the end of the 5th and final day of our stay… The host should not let guests stay at a construction site. At least inform them beforehand on the page of the listing.

Positive: Studio itself was nice, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen.

Negative: The whole building was being renovated and this was not mentioned when we booked. So the lift was not working and we had to carry our bags on building boards over fresh concrete. It was cold in the studio because the heating in the building had been turned off.

Positive: A modern looking cozy apartment. Clean and all necessities provided!

Negative: The entrance was a little confusing. The access code and key box worked great, but it was confusing where to access the building & how to get to the room. I may have missed it, but the street number wasn’t showing next to the main entrance. There was small sign on the door, but that was only readable when in front of the door. Also inside it wasn’t fully clear where to go, as no signage was there until upstairs. I don’t mind a little exploring though! A little update of the check in instructions would suffice. ‘Main entrance is right of the Randstad office’ and ‘when inside go up two sets of stairs to reach the apartments’. Hope this helps!
