Studio renovated and ideally located a few meters from the beach and thalasso, 300m from the city center and 700 m from the bus station.
This accommodation has a terrace and a small private garden allowing you to enjoy a barbecue (gas) and idleness on a deckchair. You will be able to park on the parking place within the residence on a place that is dedicated to you.
The apartment is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, kettle, traditional coffee maker and tassimo, barbecue. You will find all the necessary dishes. We put disposable mattress protectors on every rental. Duvets and pillows are also available.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided.
The bathroom is composed of a bathtub.
The accommodation is equipped with a (true) bed 140 cm lift and very easy.
The Roc'h kroum beach is 10m away. This beach is supervised with swimming pools that fill at high tide, a diving. You will also find a creperie snack restaurant. You can enjoy a space for recreation (petanque, net and basketball baskets).
This beautiful white sand beach offers an exceptional point of view on the peninsula of Perharidy and on the island of Batz.
You can walk to the city center which has all the amenities.

Less than 1km from the rental, you will find the Thalassotherapy Center, the beaches including a supervised beach in high season with swimming pools at low tide, water sports and fishing, algae discovery center, tennis, cinema, casino, exotic garden .
A few steps from the house you will find a Casino supermarket. During High Season a free bus service is available.
Roscoff has a marina, a fish auction, a deep-water port where Brittany Ferries connects with Ireland, Great Britain. You can also embark for Ile De Batz and enjoy the local gastronomy with these many restaurants.

Summary: The property was great for what we wanted; however the property was not easy to find as there seemed to be a property of the same address and according to my GPS our property was in a different street. Water was a bit of a problem as hot water ran out quickly and neither bowls held their water (leaky plugs)

Summary: Bonoir met our taxi and was welcoming and helpful. The house was spacious, clean and pleasant. Luckily we remembered to bring our own sheets and pillowcases(!). It is in a very quiet neighbourhood with no shops, cafes or restaurants nearby save for a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Visitors please note that this supermarket is shut for two hours every lunchtime and only open from 9 till 12 on Sundays. Maybe I didn't read the small print but at the end of a tiring journey at 11 o'clock at night I was presented with a long contract written in French for me to sign followed by having to write a cheque for £400 as a guarantee and then receiving the information that we had to clean the place from top to bottom before our departure! This we managed to do very early in the morning a week later.thus getting the cheque waived. On showing us around Benoir found the the curtain was broken in what was to be my daughters room. With a slightly embarrassed smile he stuffed it into the cupboard leaving the room curtainless for the duration of our visit! Hi ho! Anyway, overall the holiday was a success and we particularly recommend visits to the tropical gardens and the Ile de Batz. We marvelled at the white sand on many of the beaches on this region. Apart from alcohol, prices in France seemed a bit steep especially in the tourist area on the seafront at Roscoff. Would we go there again? Yes, of course we would!

Summary: A really great place to stay. Lovely property and very well equipped. Good location and great access to local beaches and centre of town. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Clean and tidy, good value for money. Well equipped kitchen. A problem with the heating as we were unable to work out how to use it but that was soon sorted by Benoit. Would definitely stay again
