Positive: Smart and clean. The owners offered a warm welcome.

Negative: The sofa bed which i found uncomfortable and I struggled to fold it away in the morning. Also, the GPS did not recognise the location making it difficult to locate.

Positive: For the price I paid the studio was fantastic value for money. I will stay again provided the price is the same next time. I parked right outside the door of the studio which was really good and safe. The location is 5 minutes drive to the village of Nanteuil en Valle where there is a shop and excellent restaurants. The B and Bs in the village are overpriced accordingly. I recommend this studio to solo travellers or couples for short stays (the bed is a pull out sofa bed).

Negative: The bright flashing green light in the room at night reported by other travellers is a problem but can be overcome by placing a hand towel over it. Easy!

Summary: Really excellent value for this area.

Positive: Good modern units, bathroom worked well, but no shower gel. Comfortable sofa bed, but too heavy for me to open, owner did that, or close up at end of stay.

Negative: Lack of ventilation- had to prop open outside doors which was not ideal. Quite a lot of water from fierce thunderstorm came into room. Appreciate both heat and rain probably exceptional, but trim on side door maybe needs raising? No curtain or blind over kitchen window- used external shutters for privacy and blackout to sleep. Also some light regularly flashing in sight line when trying to sleep...
