Positive: New apartment, clean.

Negative: I stayed for one month, but there was no regular housekeeping. I had to ask them to change the bedding and sheets, and they only did it one time in one month. The walls are very thin and you can hear noises from the neighbours always. Even during quiet hours at night. There was no available free parking.

Positive: The apartment was well kept and clean enough.

Negative: Once the bathroom light is turned on, the bathroom exhaust fan will automatically start running every few minutes, even when the light is off. The sound was very disturbing.

Positive: Location, ease of access, high quality of appliances.

Negative: Aircon unit did not function, big negative during this heat. The kitchen could benefit from a microwave. Air freshener too as the bathroom fan wasn’t very efficient. Couldn’t find if there were any spare clean towels. Needs another chair for the rather small kitchen table - would be hard to work remotely from there.

Positive: Reasonable price, convenient location, large rooms, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, very clean, quiet nights...moreover, the building is further away from the street, so less noise.... our group of 4 was very satisfied because we were together but at the same time we had our own private space. Thank you.

Negative: There is no light on the ground floor and, as there is a staircase, it can be missed...
