Positive: Perfect location with beautiful places and walks nearby, a great bakery downstairs and a big grocery store 500 metres away

Negative: Nothing - but if you like to sleep , when it’s a school day - you may hear the voice of small children when schools starts at 730 to 8. But that it is njce to hear happy children in the morning!

Positive: Lovely neighbourhood and apartment. Parking is good for higher vehicles. Very furnished cozy apartment. Very good for family stay

Negative: Garbage management is problematic. Having rules in apartment is acceptable but asking guests to take plastic garbage to local supermakets which your guests may not know their whereabouts, is a bit too much I guess. However, it was a nice experience!

Positive: This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. So clean and it had everything we needed. Super location - quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Vienna but also very easy to visit the city. It was a 8 min drive to Modling train station then 20 mins on the train. It was magical to visit all the Christmas Markets. A Spa supermarket is only a few mins drive away which was a bonus. We will definitely return one day.
