Summary: Easy check-in. Met the host in the old town square. Communication with the host was excellent - very kind and unbelievably helpful. He gave me tips on good restaurants, etc. He was efficient and very friendly. The studio is right in the Old town and is up about 15 steps. ‘My’ studio was small and cosy. It was great for me as a solo traveller. It has everything I needed and everything worked. The kitchen is small but has a hot plate and that was enough for me. It felt safe and, because it was elevated, I could open the windows with privacy. The studio was pristinely clean and everything was of good quality. A great location, but be aware of the Cafe outside - there was a bit of noise at night. I liked hearing the life. I loved staying here. I highly recommend Studios Belvi. The host was wonderful. Thank you for your help, kindness and friendliness.

Summary: This apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions of Kotor’s Old Town. The owner, Radonja, was incredibly welcoming, warm, and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Having a host who genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a great experience makes all the difference. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Kotor.

Summary: Amazing 5 days stay in Kotor. Belvi studios is a step away to navigate varied historical areas of the old town and the nearby towns like Budva and Perast. The place is clean easy walk-up, safe and great for solo travelers. The WiFi connectivity is never a problem and has the opulence to streamline Netflix, YouTube and Prime with your personal account. There is ease in excursions (boat and bus) as organized tours can be found within the vicinity. The host Radonja took extra time to welcome and capsulized interesting points you may want to integrate in your plans. The recommended restaurant was superb (Roma) with delectable seafood menu. The coffee treat and tete-a-tete was extra and very personal to demonstrate the host’s hospitality to his guest! Will recommend highly and will definitely come-back! Abbi -New York, USA 🇺🇸

Summary: The owner was trully exeptional...first class service...room was all the things we need...didnt expect the cooker...shower could have been stronger but managrable...a bit noisy in the evening but to be fair enough it was the week they celebrated the anniversary of there independence...but overall we were a happy customer and I'll stay there again.

Summary: First of all, must give the host a big applause, he helped us with the luggages when we checked in and out, he recommended the restaurants and helped us to make a plan to visit the tourist attractions. And the Location is very convenient close to everything, ie bus terminal, grocery stores the most convenient is the place is right in the old town, making it easy to get around!

Summary: The host was absolutely amazing and really makes this place. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re all settled in nicely even carried my bag. The room is air-conditioned it’s quite old that quite comfortable. The only downside is it is above a cocktail place so it is quite noisy into the night. Maybe just bring earplugs in case. I guess the offset of that is its position very nicely in the centre of town and easy to get to the boat and climb the hill and have restaurants and cafes within reach.

Summary: I had a really wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. The location is excellent- close to everything you need, with easy access to transport, shops and local attractions. The room was very well maintained and clean, providing relaxing space after a long day. It felt like home away from home. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely kind throughout our stay. He provided us with instructions on how to get around, good food and restaurant recommendations and was available for any help whenever needed. Their hospitality made a big difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value, and would definitely come back again!
