Positive: Nice location within olive garden. Magnificent views of the surrounding cliffs and the sea in the distance. Very convenient cottages with all necessary equipment. The road to the property is a bit tricky; follow the signs to Studios Crete.

Positive: Peacefulness of location combined with panoramic views of Olive grove and Mediterranean Sea Owner waited up to meet us at 0200 hrs ( flight delayed ) He was most kind and accommodating and was available if we required anything Cottage was functional , comfortable , clean , lots of fresh air plus the patio was brilliant for dining outside
Negative: Lack of hot water in morning when several cottages occupied. On last two days, we were the only residents and there was plenty of hot water in morning

Positive: Good communication with owner, directions how to reach there came with email. Absolut silent on days and nights. Great clima, the best wifi speed during our stay in Crete. Value of money. Paid 45€ per day. Apartment totally clean+.Secure
Negative: Apartment was totaly emty.. not even salt or sugar. First time in Crete no welcome gifts of anykind. Zero. Only toilet paper. We left some salt there. Ants- lot of Ants in balcony. Location- beautiful beaches and good Tavernas not in that area. Bed matress old. Good place for 1 night visit.

Positive: Simply perfect! I spent here 2 weeks. I booked the apartment with dining-living room and separate bedroom and it was the best choice ever. A big apartment with all the things you need. The kitchen is well equipped, with a brand new big fridge-freezer. All the necessary utensils: electric kettle, toast grill, filter coffee machine, small oven and hubs, all the pots and pans you might need. Clean and excellent service, towels and bedsheets changed regularly. The location is amazing, 5 mins from Ferma and from Agia Fotia. The road is with asfalt and there is a private parking place for your car. Thanks a lot to Manos, the owner, who really cares about his guests.
