King Beach village is across the road from the beautiful West Coast of Barbados, close to Mullins Beach and adjacent to St Peter’s bay. Our villas are positioned around a beautiful 30 metre swimming pool and a bar. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas, each containing a spacious indoor and outdoor dining area and a kitchen. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bath or shower room. The villas are all similar in furnishings, however the only difference is the colour scheme. Children and families are most welcome. We run a concierge service 5 days a week to assist with a laundry/maid service if required. Summary: We stayed for 11 nights at King’s Beach Village and overall impressions are great. Our unit was clean and had all the basics required for our stay. Bed is king sized and comfortable. If you like a lot of pillows you may want to consider packing one as there are 4 but quite flat. We packed a mosquito net after reading other reviews and draped it over the bed to use when we slept. Air conditioning is only in the bedroom but there are ceiling fans in all the rooms to help with air flow. Kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking but no salt and pepper so add that to your list when shopping. Seating for 4 inside and 2 outside at the two dining tables The covered porch was great for sitting outside out of the sun. The laundry machine was a great addition- we washed clothes once during our stay. You do get 1 cleaning while you are here depending on length of stay, and that was really nice to have. Pool is wonderful and we never had an issue finding loungers We rented a car to explore the island and it would be my suggestion, however the bus to Speightstown and Bridgetown runs past just a block away, and will bring you into Holetown(15-20 mins) where there is a great grocery store and all the restaurants/shopping you need. Communication with the host was A+. Madelyn was a pleasure to deal with and was prompt in responding to all my questions. We would recommend this property.

Summary: Great location on the west coast just minutes from some of the best beaches and restaurants for an amazing price. The villa was very comfortable, clean and private, with immediate access to the beautiful, well-maintained pool. Chloe, the owner, was helpful and accommodating to our needs for check-in/out and in providing advice on places to see.

Summary: We spent 11 wonderful days at Kings beach villa.loved everything about it. the villa was clean comfortable and well supplied.The pool was very clean and there was always lounge chairs available. Everyone including CHLOE ,Charlene AND fUZZY were very helpful and kind..The regulars who had been staying there for years made us feel very welcome and shared with us many of there experiences.The location was close to Holetown with many restaurants and stores.Folkstone was a nearby beach with great snorkeling,It was exactly what we look for in a vacation .

Summary: The resort consists of 30 one or two-bedroom units around a pool. It is laid out beautifully; no patio looks into any other. The units are attractive and very well maintained. The large pool is pristine and lovely. Minimal but adequate cookware and utensils are provided. The only caveat is that we didn't feel you could have a relaxed and rewarding vacation unless you had a rental car (which we did). The local, extremely basic, supermarket is at least a quarter mile away (the good, upscale supermarket is in Holetown, a 15-minute drive), and there are few if any good restaurants within walking distance. In addition, walking on the main road can be downright hazardous; it is dark at night and there are places where there is no sidewalk and you must walk in the narrow roadway. The manager and staff were most friendly and helpful, and the one minor issue we had with the solar water heater was dealt with immediately, even though it was a weekend.

Summary: Property was exactly as discribed, pool is clean, the whole area is constantly being maintained by gardeners/cleaners/handy men and all very friendly. Just 10min walk to speightstown and 15mins bus to Holetown and only 5mins to nearest beach, Mullins Beach. All in all a very welcoming complex.
