Summary: The home is gorgeous, roomy, and very bright. The pictures online are a great representative of the home. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Owner supplied lots of beach chairs, towels, sand toys and umbrellas. Even on a rainy day you can see the ocean waves and here them. The beach was extremely close and we loved that! Kitchen had the necessary dishes and we cooked all of our meals there but two. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Comfortable furniture, and plenty of it for everyone to relax, and a big dining room table. Excellent communication with owner and very responsive. If you are looking for a quiet almost private beach this is the place for you!

Summary: Location and house were the perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us (12) and was perfect to hang out and play on the beach all day! Property manager was quick to respond to questions and prompt with all information needed.

Summary: We got our extended family of 11 together in this home for 10 days and had an amazing time. The house itself was super clean and perfect in every way. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and it was clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in the home - from the great mattresses, to the high-quality beach chairs and umbrellas, to the cute decorations throughout the house. Just steps away, the beach was pristine and we loved that we could wade out 50 yards in the shallow water and enjoy boogie boarding back in. We saw turtles and turtle nests everywhere and had a nice visit to the Barrier Island sanctuary (a 1 min drive away) to learn more about them. Having a Publix about 10 minutes up the road was really convenient. I had never heard of this area before we went there, but I'm so glad we went. Nina was super responsive to my questions and requests, and it was really nice to know that any time there was a problem, she would get it handled quickly. It made the trip much easier. The only downside of the trip was that the no-see-um's (small mosquito-type insects) were pretty aggressive during our stay. This made it hard to fully enjoy the outdoors around the house (the beach was totally fine), especially in the earlier mornings and times near sunset. I noticed they were more active after it had rained. DEET and long sleeves helped. Would love to stay here again one day - this rental exceeded all of our expectations and everyone had a great time. Easily the best rental experience I have ever had on VRBO.

Summary: Melbourne beach house. We had a fantastic experience at this property. As the listing indicates it is a stunning house right on the beach. It’s located about 10 minutes from the supermarket and about 30 seconds from the local surf shop where you can rent paddle boards and support. I rented a surfboard for the week and the surfing was great! The house was 100% as expected. We looked at a lot of different properties and this one stood out among the rest, for good reason. You will love your experience here.

Summary: My family and I have stayed in Melbourne Beach over the years as our kids have grown up (always in beach houses) and this house represents the best home and the best value. Our first night allowed us to enjoy a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch and see two sea turtles on the beach at the same time - about as good as it gets. Best parts about the property are the beach and the spaciousness of the home - plenty of room for the family to be together and plenty of room for some solo time if needed. Thank you!

Summary: My family had an absolutely amazing 2 week vacation experience. Beautiful fully stocked home ready for all ages with floor to ceiling windows overlooking your private oceanfront beach. Communication with Nina was outstanding and she was available around the clock if we needed anything at all. 5 stars all around! We can't wait to visit again!
