Positive: Very spacious, brand new as advertised. Bright and airy! Design of the house with 4 bedrooms was beautiful with nice interior deco. The garage had a dryer and washing machine which was very useful, we didn't park inside since it was carpeted. The utensils, cutleries, bowls, and cooking pots are well equipped. Host provided milk during the stay We had a very comfortable stay there, for a family of 8 people.

Negative: 1. No cooking ingredients - the salt and pepper had very little left. Nespresso machine but no pods. 2. First day, a stranger came and asked to collect some cupboard, then someone - a lady, opened the garage door and came in, and dealt with the stranger. Next day, the host came in without knocking or ringing the bell, via the garage and said he wanted to look for vacuum cleaner. I think it would be better if they had informed us first if they wanted to enter the place. Fortunately we were home both times. It made us felt a little uncomfortable that they would come and go as they please when the place is rented out. E have stayed in many house rentals but this is the first time the host enters during our stay. They were polite people though. Other than this incident, everything was great.

Positive: This property was great for a large family or group. It was clean and had everything that you need. The property manager was lovely and communicated very quick and helpful.

Positive: The house is so big and new to accommodate 8 of us. Very comfortable and clean. The house has the centralised heater to make us warm and comfortable, the toilets also have the heater. The smart TV also function well, kids can watch YouTube.

Negative: Everything is good.
