Summary: We returned after a wonder family reunion the previous year. We had 6 adults this year while visiting local family members. The house is very practical for large groups and has a nice kitchen, gas fireplace and wonderful Mountain View’s. We saw elk deer coyote horses and birds. The local team was responsive when we had an issue with a toilet. Please note that the dining table seats only 6, with a breakfast bar accommodating 4. We had to call to find out about trash and recycling days and were told it was automatically handled. The trash did get collected, but not sure about the recycling.

Summary: House was immaculately clean upon entry. Very new,modern fixtures etc. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Beds/linens/housewares.....All top notch.

Summary: We had a fantastic week in Eagle. The house is beautiful, well designed, and spacious. We had everything we needed and cooked several meals in the kitchen and on the grill. Our group of 2 families of 4 had plenty of space. The children enjoyed playing on the community lawn in front of the house. Note, this house is a duplex but we did not have any issues with the people in the other side of the house. Location is perfect with easy access to town, golf course, and nearby hiking and biking trails. Beautiful views from the back patio. There were bikes and tennis rackets available for use in the garage, but we didn't have time to use them (we were in town for a kid's baseball tournament). The kids enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables in the bonus room. Master bed was very soft, could be an issue for some. Couches were very cozy. We would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to stay in Eagle again!

Summary: Plenty of room, bedrooms and baths, breautiful views of mountains and wildlife. Convenient location to Eagle town center and buses. Nice modern kitchen. Lots of games and activities inside. Cozy gas fireplace. Issue: code lock was iffy, and lockbox and key was tricky. Insructions on garbage and recycling lacking. Checkout instructions varied between vrbo vacasa onsite and in apps. Hard to adjust house temp since thermostat in cold room but near fireplace. Lacking a few cooking utensills : grater (left one) coffee grinder , meat prong for carving, large pasta pot, gas for barbecue. Also was not clear how to reach local management. No code for garage. Overall would highly recommend for a large group.
