Summary: Wonderful and updated home with a backyard suitable for a quite weekend away with dogs. The folks at the property management company (Cozi) were friendly and super helpful and were easy to reach. They exceeded my expectations. Downside of the property is there are not a lot of services available in Harper. Make sure you plan your groceries thoroughly before you go.

Summary: We rented this property for guests that were attending an event. The rave reviews by those that stayed there included the cleanliness of the property, nicely appointed and the ease of checking in. They loved the property and have requested to stay there when they return. They have stayed at other properties and in the area and rated this one number one!

Summary: Charming cottage. Like new inside. Comfy and quiet. Hot tub was relaxing. Big yard for the dogs to play. 25 minutes from Fredricksburg and wine tasting/dining.

Summary: The house was cute. Two rocking chairs on the front porch, hot tub in the back.. relaxing place. The bathroom window didn’t open and there was no fan. Looked like others before us had tried to get ventilation too because the blinds were broken. Front door needed weather stripping because I saw light around it. Losing door didn’t lock but there was a bar to put in the track to keep it from opening all the way. Some general maintenance and cleaning were needing attention but overall I’d stay again if it wasn’t so far from Fredericksburg l. One restaurant to eat in town, it was great! We went wine tasting and no Ubers were around to pick us up and take us back to the house.

Summary: Some things that could have went smoother is it would be helpful to have a page or binder of attractions to do in the area. Listing a welcome page including the wifi network and password. Things to notate about the hot tub, and what to do with dirty towels and sheets upon checkout. That would have been more inviting. the location was about 35 minutes from Fredericksburg, which we thought it was going to be a bit closer. I would recommend providing firelogs to be used in the firepit, instead of guest having to buy their own. All in all, very cute place and was nice to stay in. And with 3 bedrooms, there should be more than 1 bathroom.

Summary: We loved the house. It was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. The hot tub was awesome. The house was clean and everything was in working condition. If we had to choose anything that needs improvement it would be the bathroom faucet does not put out water evenly and sprays and the bathroom wash clothes are very rough. The house as a whole was a great place to stay we would return if we are in the area. Thank you for your hospitality and quick responses to questions.

Summary: Very impressed with the ease of access and the relative short drive (but scenic) to Kerrville, which was the reason for our stay since I was a participant in the Kerrville Triathlon 70.3. Great weekend! Very nice to come to a house with a hot tub and able to relax instead of dealing with a sub-par hotel. Amenities were perfect! Definitely will stay here again next year. Maybe even make a trip sometime just because it’s Hill Country!
