Summary: The view from this property is exceptional, but the description of the property was not accurate. The pictures and the description provided when I booked the property did not show stairs, and the stairs were steep, Definitely not ADA approved. This was an issue for us as my brother just had hip surgery a couple months ago and is limiting use of stairs at this time. The listing also mentioned room for 3 vehicles to park. There was only room for 1 vehicle to park. When listing a house for rand I think it would be appropriate to let people know that there are stairs or include pictures or at least a description that you are not ADA approved.

Summary: The greats:- view of arch rocks from living room / kitchen- secure parking- very private, quiet- high ceilings, skylights- contemporary decor- short drive to Oceanside and Tillamook (but don't imagine that you'll walk to the beach – you'd be walking on the shoulder of a narrow highway for a decent distance)The not-so-greats:- a bit hard to find, with no cell service as we approached (so download the instructions!) - very steep driveway and tight parking- towels are worn out and dingy- steep stairs to get to living room and upstairs bathroom – someone with minor mobility issues would not be able to stay here comfortablyWould we stay here again? Absolutely. Overall it was very good.

Summary: Exploring the coast and this was our first stop. Gorgeous view from the deck. We had everything we needed during our stay, bed was comfortable, very clean unit, easy check in, absolutely no complaints! Would stay there again!

Summary: We loved our stay at Silver Moon. The views from the deck were beautiful. Our only complaints would be the pillows and towels. The towels were worn out and dingy, the pillows on the beds need replacing and we would have loved to have more of them. But overall it was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

Summary: We loved watching the moon set and sun rise in the wall of huge windows. We could hear the ocean from every room. This is a new build with modern amenities. Loved the downstairs bedroom had its our bathroom. We had everything we needed. Washer/dryer was a nice bonus with all our beach time. The neighbors were quiet 🤫 which was great for us early birds. 🐦 I would love to come back on my own and catch up on my writing here!!!! Thank you! Vacasa was excellent with this trip!

Summary: That place was amazing but the second day in our trip we had roofers hammering away at 8am in the morning. I called immediately the property management and told them what was going on and they were very sorry and reimburse me for one of the nights that the roofers were there. All in all it was a great trip and please that we were taken care of. Thank you
