Exceptionally remodeled and furnished 2BR, 2BA single story home. Property has a master bedroom with a queen size bed sporting a gel mattress,fireplace,flat screen tv and ensuite. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with gel mattresses surrounded by windows with beautiful views, livingroom boasts a large fireplace with a 65” flat screen tv and 2 queen sofa sleepers also with gel/foam mattress upgrades. The kitchen has all new appliances,including gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven. Laundry room has an oversized LG washer and dryer and high efficiency water heater. The second bathroom is very large with both a shower and whirlpool tub, and dual vanity with vessel sinks. A game room outfitted with a tournament size ping pong table is fit for a challenge. All rooms are independently heated and cooled. The entire house has upgraded hardward flooring, porcelain tile,quartz countertops,steel ceilings, double pain Pella windows and weathered sliding barn doors and other wood accents for a rustic yet elegant appeal. The landscaped yard features a hand tumbled stone patio with stone walkways and a brand new wood or coal fired Fire Pit with cooking surface !!

Summary: Tony was amazing and I'm sure his beautiful bride is too. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Barb face to face. The house is situated in a quiet area near Lake Whitney. My family included 6 guests in total. Each of them commented on how beautiful the house was. The furnishings, appliances, beds, etc. Many left with ideas for decorating their own homes. We loved the front and backyard; well, groomed. In fact, we spent a great deal of time in the backyard around the big firepit; Smores!! Absolutely! The backyard is secure and my little dog Bandit enjoyed the yard immensely. You will not be disappointed with the home. Thanks again Tony & Barb!!

Summary: Everything was great! We had one little hiccup with a slow toilet flush. The owner was Johnny on the spot and had it fixed in a flash. And very apologetic for his intrusion. I would recommend this house to anyone. Very nice.

Summary: We enjoyed our time here! The house was perfect for our family and such a nice surprise was the backyard where we grilled, had dinner outside and even made s'mores in the firepit. Nice weekend retreat!

Summary: We had a great weekend! This is a lovely home with all the accommodations you could possibly need. The six of us were extremely comfortable here. My grandson and son-in-law went on a guided fishing tour and caught more fish than we could eat. We had a fish fry in the backyard and it was wonderful. The backyard is really quaint and the weather was fabulous. We all enjoyed ourselves and the grandkids even learned how to play ping pong.

Summary: We have never staid in a nicer home than this one - it is now at the top or our list. Beautifully updated and well maintained. View of the lake from the tidy back yard is wonderful. It is also located in Lakeside Village which is a very nice little community. The TV's with fire sticks all work great as does the WiFi. AC/Heating units in each room do a great job of keeping the house properly heated and cooled as you set them. All of the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We never wanted for anything - it was all already there. We had one of the most relaxing times we have ever had here. Tony, the owner, is extremely attentive and friendly. He walked us through to make sure we knew where everything was and how to operate the TV's and HVAC units and get connected to WiFi. We highly recommend staying here when you want to stay near Lake Whitney. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: This is a beautiful home to stay if you need to be between Waco and Dallas/Ft Worth. We traveled as a family to visit Baylor and TCU and the location was ideal. There was plenty of room for the five of us. The kids bathroom was spacious and there was lots of counter space for the three kids to spread their toiletries out. The master suite was spacious with a walk in closet to unpack. The game room with a ping pong table was a hit for the kids and adults alike! There were TV's in all the bedrooms and a shelf with games to pick from. Beds were super comfy and sheets and towels really soft. The house is tastefully decorated and detailed. Kitchen super well stocked including chocolate chip cookie mix and noodles for those late night cravings. The owner Tony was very attentive. He even offered to meet us and walk us through the house upon arrival however we declined as it was very very late. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!!!!

Summary: House was extremely nice and well kept. The homeowner lives within 2 minutes and came at the drop of a hat whenever we needed help figuring out the TV. The house is only a few minutes away from the lake which was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.
