Stunning Home on West Grand Traverse Bay with views of Old Mission Peninsula and East Bay. You will have 146' of beach to explore, play, a dock with patio, and 5K boat lift. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 levels. The main level has a large vaulted great room with a well appointed kitchen with room to entertain your whole group. There are 3 bedrooms with a master suite facing the lake with an attached office. Two more bedrooms with a shared bath round out the sleeping accommodations. The main level also has a large covered deck with a 10' table and an uncovered seating area to enjoy the turquoise water and the stunning scenery.
The walk out level is self contained with a kitchenette, family room, game room, and 2 bedrooms with lake views. The lower level sleeps 8 with a king bedroom and a fun bunk room with two queen and two twin bunk beds.
The beach has room to play, two kayaks for exploring, a custom built fire pit, and a large patio with porch swing and infant swing to enjoy the sunrises. There is also a large lawn to play on and spread out. The grounds are set against the orchards to west and the lake to the east on a quiet road that inspires relaxation as well as a safe place to walk, bike, and run. The property is secluded and serene but is close to Suttons Bay, Northport and Leland with many shops and restaurants to explore. There are also many lakefront parks with great hiking trails and the Sleeping Bear Lakeshore National Park is only a short drive away. There are also many spectacular wineries on the Leelanau peninsula.

Summary: This house was perfect for a large family vacation. Our children and grandchildren absolutely loved every moment of our stay. The hosts were fabulous. The home was clean, comfortable and well-kept. We spent lots of time in the yard, using the dock, and enjoying the beach. All in all, we are so happy to have stayed here and hope to return in the future.

Summary: We rented this house on beautiful Sutton's Bay for our extended family of 12 (all adults over 18). It was in a great location...right on the lake with kayaks and jet ski dock, fire pit, beach area. You could ride bikes/walk/run easily right from the house or go into town (about 3 miles) and pick up the Leelanau Trail. House had everything we needed and very spacious. Downtown was very quaint and with a good variety of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Summary: Absolutely EVERYTHING is TOP NOTCH / 5 Star from the Waterfront Estate, accommodations, views, docks, fire pits and all the inside and outside (water sports) amenities. Summary: We had a wonderful time at this house in Leelanau County. There was plenty to do for two little boys, a beautiful beach, and plenty of room. The house is a beautiful home with big beds and lots of them! And the neighborhood is excellent for riding bikes, walking, or jogging. Just a beautiful location and perfect for families. We would highly recommend!

Summary: This house is perfect! We've been renting all over Michigan for 15 years and this was by far the best house we've stayed in.
