Summary: Beds were comfy but small ,may need to up grade to king size beds .fire not a working coal fire as it says it an open fire but had a bit wood covering it .my child fell down the outside stair we did tell her to be careful as they might be slippery as it had been raining ,there were no signs up to let people know they could be dangerous when wet . Overall this is a lovely place to stay my family and myself had a lovely weekend thank you Tracy .
