Wow!! Amazing second floor stunner fresh off a beautiful kitchen and master bathroom remodel with mountain views from every window in popular Desert Falls Country Club in wonderful Palm Desert.
The unit looks out onto a large, grassy area but being on the second floor, it is private and protected by some trees. This privacy also provides shade when it is warm. There are amazing mountain and foliage views from every single direction.
This spectacular 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features two large bedrooms with one being a very large and gracious master suite with double wall length closets, a king size bed and a massive bathroom with a giant soaking tub and 2 spacious vanities. There are great mountain views from literally every window and angle of this home! Some of the best views in this valley and peek a boo views of the golf course too.
The home sleeps 5 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master suite, 2 twin beds in the second guest room and an adult rated twin size folding cot.
The kitchen is amazing and completely set up! Stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and the master suite and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. Both the TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.
Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on one of the roomy patios in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals.
As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.
In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 2 nice bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood.
Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf? There are dozens of incredible public courses nearby including the incomparable Desert Willow Golf Resort with the Firecliff and Mountain View courses just right around the corner.

Summary: This was our first time using VRBO and we were blown away by Drew’s communication on what was included with our stay, check in and out instructions. The place was very clean and in such a safe and central location to everything! We hope to be back again next year same time same place!!

Summary: We recently stayed at the condo and everything was exactly as advertised. The mountain views were stunning and Drew was an excellent host. The condo had everything we needed including coffee, shampoo, soap, towels etc. and everything was very clean. Everything worked as expected and had no problems with anything. Having use of bicycles and a garage were nice extras. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony ], watching the large TV and using the pickle ball courts/golfing at desert falls. I can't say enough good things about Drew what an excellent host he was. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We spent three weeks enjoying Palm Desert and in particular everything that Desert Falls had to offer. The unit far exceeded our expectations. Drew was the most accessible host we have ever experienced on VRBO. Our personal favourite was the gym, which had almost every machine and weight training opportunity you could want. We would highly recommend this unit and cannot wait to go back.

Summary: I was one of the lucky ones, my parents starting taking me to Palm Springs at the age of about 2-years old every spring. I have a bias for the Coachella Valley, as it is kind of like a second home to me outside of Vancouver, BC. As an adult, I continue to keep the tradition by visiting annually, but more so in Palm Desert. After reading all the great reviews of the property and property manager, Drew, we decided to try this property and couldn't have been more pleased with the location, the amenities and the environment. The condo was big for two people, but immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The pool was quiet (as it was still technically the summer) and a few steps away. But this review wouldn't be complete without giving a shout out to Drew. He was the best property manager I have every dealt with in the 40+ years of visiting Southern California. Beyond any doubt, I will be booking through Drew again in Spring of 2025 and could confidently say the property and property manager, Drew were top notch. In my view, Palm Springs and Palm Desert has had a historical reputation of being a classy, high-end town and not only did this property meet that standard, but the service Drew provided was beyond anything I would have ever had expected. The property, condo and amenities were all fantastic - highly recommended and will definitely be going back.

Summary: The condo was very well appointed with everything one could need, including pool towels. The host was extremely attentive, checking in on us occasionally. The gated community was peaceful and secure. The views were amazing. Will definitely return.

Summary: The owner and property were both fantastic! He was very communicative and made the check-in process very simple. The place itself was really nice and very centrally located for everything we wanted to do. There are coffee shops and grocery stores really close by. Nothing felt like it was more than 20 minutes away. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen, living room, etc. to be comfortable during our stay. I would 100% stay here again!
