Summary: Great house, lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed a fun filled girls weekend celebrating a birthday. Great hiking with a waterfall and a local restaurant near by. Only suggestions would be more glassware.

Summary: Check in and check out were pretty was easy! We were comprised of two families with kiddos ranging from 3-9 and truly enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious and accommodating to the majority of our needs! The only reason for 4 stars is that there wasn’t a fire pit as listed, a few cobwebs in the rooms and a grill that would have been nice to use if it had propane:).

Summary: Absolutely perfect! Location, view, comfort and accommodated all of our needs. Less than a mile from hiking trails. Bedroom layout and bathrooms were great. Would highly recommend!

Summary: We loved the property and our stay! everything is beautiful! we had a 10 day stay and all was wonderful until we decided to have a special dinner and seared steaks in the kitchen, we quickly discovered that the (only) fan above the microwave only blows air out and does not suck air/smoke in! instead smoke was being sucked up beneath the cabinets and out into the living room and up into the upper level. it was very, very, very smokey. and on top of that and because of that we discovered that the smoke detectors did not work. not one went off even with a tremendous amount of smoke. NOT GOOD! NOT SAFE! in addition, though the huge amount of snow is gorgeous and desired while skiing, the snow during this time was so high that it was WAY above the 2nd floor windows! And on sunny days the snow would fall off of the roof and pile up even more and at one part began to pile up against the 2nd floor dining room window at least 18" actually pressed on the window, when there was smoke we were unable to open the dining room window as there was snow pushing up against it. I called right away to speak to the property management company and the young man i spoke to was very nice, tried to be helpful, and assured me they would send someone out for the more immediate issues and that someone would call me soon........................ Never happened. Never heard from them again........... We left the next morning so will never know if any of this was addressed. i certainly hope so for the safety of other guests and the safety of the owners property. YOU MUST PUT IN A REAL EXHAUST FAN IN THE KITCHEN! and make sure all SMOKE DETECTORS ARE OPERATING PROPERLY! It would have been devastating had that been a real fire.

Summary: Highly recommend Cedar View Lodge! In all, there were five queen size beds plus pull-out couches- room for all our children & grandchildren. We were also impressed with how stocked the kitchen was..... and the large, comfortable living room. Just so you know though- this is not a ski-in, ski-out home like we were accustomed to in Canada. You need to drive to the ski lifts.

Summary: The house is gorgeous, well-furnished, beautifully decorated, and has very comfortable beds. It's very adult, though, so we had to rearrange a bit to keep our small kids (3 and under) from breaking items and there were no young kid toys/items there (we didn't expect any, but always nice to know). The location is spectacular, minutes from the Hyak Sno-Park, Summit Tubing, and of course the Snoqualmie and Alpental resorts. Best of all was the neighbor, though, who took care of all the shoveling/snow-blowing and gave us an early heads up that they were closing I-90, enabling our escape prior to closure. Great experience overall!
